One articulation of a sentence and you break my moral
Your words are the only thing capable of dissolving my inner strength
[like aspirin in water, I never last long]
You know that you’re the only one capable of doing this to me

{a smile crosses your face as you bask in this dominance over me}

Malice has seeped into every fibre of your being
You don’t care about perceptions anymore
You only care about further distancing yourself from the world you once loved
From the those who you know care about and the ones that you didn’t know about
You’ve given into the underworld and defiled your body

A swift movement of your hand sends me crashing to the floor
Your strong physique against my coquettishness is no contest
[like a crystal vase falling from one-hundred feet, I’ll never survive]
I can never brace myself for your attack because you always surprise me

{there is no love in your eyes as you stare down at me, broken on the floor at your feet}

Your losing your humanity
I’m losing my faith
You’re losing yourself
I’m slowly ceasing to exist

[you desecrate your soul…
